How do you send packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be sent by ePacket or EMS, depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped via USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we cannot ship to. If you are located in one of these countries, we will contact you.
What about customs clearance?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order has shipped containing your tracking information. If you do not receive tracking information within five days, please contact us.
My tracking says "no information available at this time".
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to be updated in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information about your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be shipped in a package?
For logistical reasons, items from the same purchase are sometimes sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be canceled until shipped. If your order has been paid for and you need to make a change or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours. Once the packing and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our number 1 priority. Therefore, you may request a refund or reshipment of ordered products if:
- If you did no receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item, you can request a refund or resend.
- If you do not like the product you received, you can request a refund, but you must return it at your expense and the item is unusable.
We do not issue a refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond the control of Marcas & Marketing (i.e., unauthorized by customs, delayed by a natural disaster) .

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed delivery time (45 days) expires. You can do this by sending a message on the Contate Us page
If you are approved for a refund, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for some reason you want to exchange your product, maybe for a different clothing size. You must get in touch first and we will walk you through the steps.

все отлично! доставка две недели до томской области, все хорошо упаковано, нигде ничего не помялось. наушники выглядят круто, материалы приятные, амбушюры очень мягкие, все удобно! были уже заряжены, прекрасно работают, звук ооочень вкусный, громкий, басы шикарные, мне как любителю слушать музыку на максимальной громкости было даже громковато:) не пробовала пока играться с эквалайзером в официальном приложении, тк уже изначально баланс звука полностью устраивает. есть одно маленькое но: прхожие возможно будут слышать, что у вас играет:)) чехол аккуратненький, провода все на месте. очень повезло, тк уловила наушники за 4413р, но даже полную стоимость отдать было бы совершенно не жалко! думаю, добавить больше нечего, все супер, ожидания совпали с реальностью:)
Los mejores audífonos con cancelación de ruido en este rango de precio. La función para conectar dos dispositivos al mismo tiempo es genial porque puedo trabajar en mi pc y contestar llamadas telefónicas sin quitarme los audífonos. Lamentablemente tienen algunos problemas de compatibilidad con windows 10 y no puedo utilizar el micrófono en el pc, pero eso es 100% problema de windows y no de los audífonos, ya que el micrófono funciona perfectamente con dispotivos android. No me arrepiento de comprarlos, son geniales y el color es precioso.

Fone confortável e com bom som. Fácil de conectar tanto no pc quanto no celular. E conecta em ambos ao mesmo tempo. Ainda não tentei em videogames. Já usei varias horas e ainda não precisei carregar. O cancelamento de ruído pode não ser perfeito, mas funciona muito bem.
