How do you send packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be sent by ePacket or EMS, depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped via USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we cannot ship to. If you are located in one of these countries, we will contact you.
What about customs clearance?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order has shipped containing your tracking information. If you do not receive tracking information within five days, please contact us.
My tracking says "no information available at this time".
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to be updated in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information about your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be shipped in a package?
For logistical reasons, items from the same purchase are sometimes sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be canceled until shipped. If your order has been paid for and you need to make a change or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours. Once the packing and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our number 1 priority. Therefore, you may request a refund or reshipment of ordered products if:
- If you did no receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item, you can request a refund or resend.
- If you do not like the product you received, you can request a refund, but you must return it at your expense and the item is unusable.
We do not issue a refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond the control of Marcas & Marketing (i.e., unauthorized by customs, delayed by a natural disaster) .

If you are approved for a refund, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for some reason you want to exchange your product, maybe for a different clothing size. You must get in touch first and we will walk you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we have given you permission.

Пользуюсь на протяжении двух лет, записываю вокал, общаюсь в Дискорде. Отличный звук, радует встроенная аудиокарта. Рекомендую
Замовлення прийшло швидко. Мікрофон середньої якості. Звук чистий без шумів. Кабель довгий (1,8 метри). Регулятор чутливості мікрофона не працює. На мінімумі та на максимумі чутливість мікрофона не змінюється. Корпус мікрофона та підставка зроблено добре. Все чисто та акуратно. Продавцю дякую. Для домашнього використання мікрофон цілком придатний. Рекомендую.

В этом ценовом диапазоне это лучший по качеству микрофон. Отличная чувствительность, уже на 20% или четверти все достаточно громко слышно, что выкручивать ручку громкости не надо. Уже потестил и голос и гитару и пр. снятие. Почти без шумов. Искажения есть как и у любых микрофонов за любую даже заоблачную цену, но за эту цену - это великолепный звук. Немного глуховат, не хватает немного высоких. Кабель ~180 см, но его хватает провести до компа на полу от стола до. USB подключение, ось определяет без проблем по дровам. Тринога и зажимы хлюпенькие, но все работает хорошо. Упаковка добротная, доставка заняла 5-6 дней. Продавец отправил буквально на следующий день от заказа. Могу спокойно рекомендовать.
Микрофон хорошо работает и звук удобно обрабатывать. Кабель маловат, но у меня и ситуация не стандартная (пантограф с микрофоном должен быть на другом конце стола). Очень советую, хорошее приобретение за свои деньги

Товар пришёл за 6 дней Коробка приехала в почти в подушке, хорошо упакован, микрофон цел Из плюсов: хороший звук за свою цену, хорошее качество сборки, нет царапин, при подключении устройства сразу работает Из минусов: не от соединяется кабель от микро, но минус не существенный, так как он не заламывается у основания длина кабеля полтора метра Заказал дополнительно поп фильтр, поэтому дополню про звук после его прибытия
купил очень давно и отложил написание отзыва. микрофоном пользуюсь до сих пор. он дает хороший звук и на тот момент он мне обошелся в 1700 рублей. за эти деньги микрофона надежнее , качественнее по звучанию тупо нет. так что можете рассматривать к приобретению , особенно по скидке
