How do you send packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be sent by ePacket or EMS, depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped via USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we cannot ship to. If you are located in one of these countries, we will contact you.
What about customs clearance?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order has shipped containing your tracking information. If you do not receive tracking information within five days, please contact us.
My tracking says "no information available at this time".
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to be updated in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information about your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be shipped in a package?
For logistical reasons, items from the same purchase are sometimes sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be canceled until shipped. If your order has been paid for and you need to make a change or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours. Once the packing and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our number 1 priority. Therefore, you may request a refund or reshipment of ordered products if:
- If you did no receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item, you can request a refund or resend.
- If you do not like the product you received, you can request a refund, but you must return it at your expense and the item is unusable.
We do not issue a refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond the control of Marcas & Marketing (i.e., unauthorized by customs, delayed by a natural disaster) .

If you are approved for a refund, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for some reason you want to exchange your product, maybe for a different clothing size. You must get in touch first and we will walk you through the steps.

Доставили ровно за 2 недели. По самим ушкам, из плюсов: - Оооочень приятный звук. Если нравятся агрессивные треки, можно много нового услышать (Шиколай в них рычит просто роскошно), радует как ударные звучат. В целом за такой бюджет это просто классный звук, не знаю как инженеры этого добились, но факт остается фактом. Обязательно через приложение настраивать звучание - Приложение приятное, простое и понятное - Режим прозрачности неплохой - Долго играют - Приятный кейс - Ушам комфортно если повозиться По минусам: - Долго примерял и добивался приятной посадки, штатные амбушюры такие себе - Шумодав не очень Покупал за 4000, в эти деньги кмк это бестбай )

Além da caixa SoundCore Booster, possuo o fone P20i e, pela boa experiência com esses produtos, adquiri o Space A40. O P20i tem volume mais alto e graves fortes, mas o A40 entrega um som mais detalhado, com agudos refinados e médios mais presentes. Ainda assim, a diferença não é tão grande, e considero a assinatura sonora do P20i uma das melhores em sua faixa. Também acho o P20i mais confortável. O A40, por sua vez, agrada quem busca uma sonoridade mais equilibrada e valoriza a equalização via app. Sobre as funções extras: o cancelamento de ruído do A40 é mediano e não impressiona. Meus Buds 2, embora antigos, superam em ANC, modo transparência e microfones. No entanto, prefiro o som do A40 (após ajustes no app para deixá-lo mais neutro).
Excelente equipamento. O fato de ser autista e ter o cancelamento de ruído me faz muito bem. Super recomendo esse fone de ouvido.
получил быстро за 5дней. в идеальном состоянии. работают с Самсунг галакси с8 прекрасно с отличным качеством звука. наушники отлично сидят в ушах после двух часов прослушивании не чувствовал абсолютно ни каких неудобств. Рекомендую данную серию наушников к покупке и магазин с хорошим и быстрым обслуживанием.
хороший звук и отличный бас на всех режимах, даже не приходится выкручивать громкость. сидят плотно на стандартных амбушерах. из минусов запашок пластика из футляра и невозможность открыть футляр одной рукой.

Esse para mim é o melhor fone do mercado, nessa proposta de ser sem fio, com redução de ruído e com encaixe no ouvido perdi o meu em uma viagem e comprei novamente pois vale MUITO A PENA, não vivo sem. o ANC dele é muito bom e realmente faz muita diferença, ainda mais se você gosta de viajar e fica do lado do motor, seja de ônibus ou avião ele anula muito bem. o meu fone eu uso uma adaptação, não uso as borrachas originais do A40, uso as do Sony XM5 que é um fone MUITO mais caro e praticamente a mesma coisa!. fiz um vídeo, só ver na foto. aconselho a comprarem aqui se o valor estiver caro, geralmente o vendedor coloca cupom nesse aqui: https://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_mLtT6IR

Доставка отличная, за 7 дней до Москвы. Наушники классные, в приложении все можно настроить под себя. С любой музыкой справляются. Сидят в ушах хорошо. Продавец молодец. Упаковка наушников на 5.
Хорошие наушники за свою цену (особенно с учётом распродажи за 4120 р). Приятный звук, есть басы. Хорошее шумоподавление, проверял на улице и в метро. Удобное приложение. Сразу подгрузилось обновление прошивки. Время автономной работы - не замерял. Из недостатков стоит отметить: - если идти на улице без шапки в ветреную погоду, то ветер шумит в наушниках; - режим прозрачности недостаточно прозрачный (сравнивал с наушниками Apple) - видимо, микрофон не очень хороший; - при разговоре меня часто плохо слышали. В общем, наушники подходят, чтобы слушать музыку в помещении и в транспорте, на улице - только при условии, что уши закрыты. Не подойдут для бега, катания на велосипеде и разговоров.
