How do you send packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be sent by ePacket or EMS, depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped via USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we cannot ship to. If you are located in one of these countries, we will contact you.
What about customs clearance?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order has shipped containing your tracking information. If you do not receive tracking information within five days, please contact us.
My tracking says "no information available at this time".
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to be updated in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information about your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be shipped in a package?
For logistical reasons, items from the same purchase are sometimes sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be canceled until shipped. If your order has been paid for and you need to make a change or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours. Once the packing and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our number 1 priority. Therefore, you may request a refund or reshipment of ordered products if:
- If you did no receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item, you can request a refund or resend.
- If you do not like the product you received, you can request a refund, but you must return it at your expense and the item is unusable.
We do not issue a refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond the control of Marcas & Marketing (i.e., unauthorized by customs, delayed by a natural disaster) .

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed delivery time (45 days) expires. You can do this by sending a message on the Contate Us page
If you are approved for a refund, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for some reason you want to exchange your product, maybe for a different clothing size. You must get in touch first and we will walk you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we have given you permission.

ну что!? забрал их с почты в 8 утра,и юзал до вечера. нормальные бютжетные наушники. куча эквалайзеров,что не есть хорошо,трудно подобрать нужный. басы достойные. микрофоны хорошие. 6 пар вкладышей,на любой вкус. режим прозрачности ,э, ну есть такая функция. аккумулятор с 9 до 5 не кончил,оставалось 30%. коооче,потренироваться,включая на улице,самое то. короче,пока норм. не разочарован. только как по мне, цена несколько высокая.

Estou super satisfeita com os fones. Eles encaixam perfeitamente nas minhas orelhas que são pequenas, vêm com 5 ponteiras. E sobre o som é só baixar o aplicativo da Soundcore e ajustar que fica perfeito. O ponto que sem dúvidas eu mais amei foi a duração da bateria, ela parece que nunca descarrega.
Melhor custo benefício até 450 reais, um dos melhores fones que já tive, bem mais confortável que o Anker Q30 pra usar por várias horas, fora que o encaixe dele é surreal, não cai de jeito nenhum!! E sobre a entrega : muito rápida e sem dor de cabeça.

Para mim o fone é excelente em todos os aspectos, porém tô muito insatisfeito com o aliexpress e com o fabricante também. sei que eles não tem culpa de o fone vir com defeito. principalmente eu também não tenho culpa de o fone vir com problemas de qualidade. o fato é comprei o fone na promoção. depois do problema praticamente me cobrando o dobro do valor. eu acho que nesses casos deveria ser avaliado melhor.

Товар пришел хорошо упакованный раньше установленного срока на 10 дней. Анатомически хорошо легли в раковину уха. Звучание прекрасное. Товар и продавца рекомендую.
Космические наушники. Приехали за десять дней - фантастика. Были сомнения, но наушники и софт полностью уловлетворяют. Проверка прилегания - кака-то ерунда, вечное - все в порядке, что не делай, такого ведь не бывает). hearID прикольный тест, но задирает в самый верх
super buen sonido!! quedé impresionada, es bueno igual la camcelacion de sonido (pero claro, no esperes que no escucharas NADA de afuera, pq a veces pueden ser uno q otro ruido), se demoró un poco mas la entrega a Chile, para que no cunda el pánico si ves que se demora jaja yo me guié por comentarios anteriores asi que esperé tranquila. Son muy comodos y lindos, aun no se cuanto durará la batería, pero lo estamos probando jeje tambien la app es super intuitiva, recomiendo descargarlo para poder modificar los toques y caracteristicas que quieres en los audifonos al usarlo. 1000/10 volveria a comprarlos iji
Путёвые уши, индивидуальная настройка усиливает детализацию. Амбушюры в комплекте вроде на все размеры, но я пока не определился с выбором для себя. Блок ушей норм заряжается на беспроводной зарядке. Я не меломан - для меня звук отличный, возможно и существует лучше, но вопрос способен ли я его оценить?
Потрясающие наушники!!! Отличный звук,в ушах сидят идеально,практически их не чувствуешь,время работы просто невероятное! Крайне рекомендую!
