How do you send packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be sent by ePacket or EMS, depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped via USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we cannot ship to. If you are located in one of these countries, we will contact you.
What about customs clearance?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order has shipped containing your tracking information. If you do not receive tracking information within five days, please contact us.
My tracking says "no information available at this time".
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to be updated in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information about your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be shipped in a package?
For logistical reasons, items from the same purchase are sometimes sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be canceled until shipped. If your order has been paid for and you need to make a change or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours. Once the packing and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our number 1 priority. Therefore, you may request a refund or reshipment of ordered products if:
- If you did no receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item, you can request a refund or resend.
- If you do not like the product you received, you can request a refund, but you must return it at your expense and the item is unusable.
We do not issue a refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond the control of Marcas & Marketing (i.e., unauthorized by customs, delayed by a natural disaster) .

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed delivery time (45 days) expires. You can do this by sending a message on the Contate Us page
If you are approved for a refund, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for some reason you want to exchange your product, maybe for a different clothing size. You must get in touch first and we will walk you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we have given you permission.

تم شحن المنتج بسرعه عاليه جودة الصوت فوق المتوقعه ومريحه في اللبس وسيتم تجربتها في النادي اليوم لكن مبدأيا السماعه ممتازه
شحن سريع جداً، السماعات مريحة في اللبس، عزل الصوت مقبول،، الصوت ضعيف وليس كما كان متوقع ولكن على سعرها فهو مقبول أيضاً. بشكل عام، السماعات تستحق الاقتناء
Качество отличное!!! Отлично выглядят, приятно держать в руках. На большую голову, впервые у меня наушники у которых не надо выдвигать душки. По звуку никаких особенных впечатлений, не разочаровывают и нет эффекта вау. В принципе сравнил с Сони 1000 хм4 имеющиеся в наличии, очень похожи. Разве что громкости не хватает мне. Софт удобный.
Пришли ровно в срок, качество звука ОЧЕНЬ хорошее по сравнению со всеми моими прошлыми наушниками. Довольна от шумоподавления и режима прозрачности, очень удобно на улице, надеюсь, что и при перелёте тоже спасут. Единственное, что напрягло - когда достала из коробки сам чехол с наушниками и открыло, то пахло по ощущениям грибами, только собранными в лесу...хотя скорее всего это просто из-за материала чехла, но это мелочи.

качество звука нравится, шум устраняют неплохо, но когда лает громко собака ничего не помогает, в том числе и эти наушники. то что не нравится, что нельзя отрегулировать высоту наушников, У меня голова маленькая, и они болтаются немного на моей голове.

Очень хорошое качество наушников, звук. По цене/качество самые лучшие на рынке. У меня есть старая модель q20, которым уже чуть более 6-7 лет. Могу сказать что спасибо за новые наушники и всем рекомендую. Шумоподав работает хорошо.
בעקרון אוזניות טובות, השמע והבידוד רעשים מדהים כמו שאנקר יודעים לעשות.. אבל ויש אבל גדול הווליום לא חזק במיוחד ומרגישים שחסר להם כוח. התלבטתי אם לקנות את הדגם הזול יותר הq30 ואני מבין עכשיו שאין הבדל בניהם
سماعة ممتازة خصوصاً مع العروض لو تاخذها حول ٢٠٠ ريال الى ٢٥٠ بتكون صفقه رهيبه. صوتها متوازن وممتاز مايكها مب ذاك الزود بس يأدي الغرض ويعزل من الازعاج العزل فيها ممتاز الراحه جيده بشكل عام لكن اذا طولت ممكن اذنك تعرق البطاريه ممتازه وشكلها جميل للامانه ورايقه تطبيق السماعة ممتاز اتوقع هذي اهم النقاط وايضاً لازم تدفع مبلغ الضريبه اذا استلمتها
