How do you send packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be sent by ePacket or EMS, depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped via USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we cannot ship to. If you are located in one of these countries, we will contact you.
What about customs clearance?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order has shipped containing your tracking information. If you do not receive tracking information within five days, please contact us.
My tracking says "no information available at this time".
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to be updated in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information about your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be shipped in a package?
For logistical reasons, items from the same purchase are sometimes sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be canceled until shipped. If your order has been paid for and you need to make a change or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours. Once the packing and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our number 1 priority. Therefore, you may request a refund or reshipment of ordered products if:
- If you did no receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item, you can request a refund or resend.
- If you do not like the product you received, you can request a refund, but you must return it at your expense and the item is unusable.
We do not issue a refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond the control of Marcas & Marketing (i.e., unauthorized by customs, delayed by a natural disaster) .

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed delivery time (45 days) expires. You can do this by sending a message on the Contate Us page
If you are approved for a refund, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for some reason you want to exchange your product, maybe for a different clothing size. You must get in touch first and we will walk you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we have given you permission.

Нереально крутые наушники! Есть с чем сравнить, последнее, чем пользовался - realme buds air 5 pro, просто небо и земля! Релми просто никакие по автономности, начали глючить, звук мне не нравится, хоть и настроен под мои уши. А вот анкеры - это супер! у меня есть и колонки, и большие наушники этой фирмы, в очередной раз убедился, что все просто на высоте! Рекомендую точно, не ошибетесь если купите. Мне обошлись в 5т.р., своих денег стоять точно. Напомнили JBL ценой за 10к, но они еще круче чем JBL, я доволен как слон. Позже дополню по автономности и когда эмоции успокоятся)) доставили быстрее на неделю, чем должны были, просто все отлично!

Наушники бомба, звук хороший, глубокий басс, как я люблю, сравниваю со своими realme buds air 5pro, так вот у Anker liberty 4nc звук намного интереснее, мощнее басс, сочнее звуки. до реалми у меня была другая модель, анкер, которую я подарил, и купил реалми, но решил вернуться на анкер, потому что звук у них круче, и автономность без подзарадяки почти в два раза больше. я доволен как слон, бомбические уши

אוזניות ממש ממש ממש טובות , היה לי jabra והם היו לא נוחות ואלה ממש טובות, האוזניות הגיעו תוך 5 ימים לבית
International review will be short - best for its price. Далі рідною, більш детально. Відправка-доставка космічно швидкі, після 8-9 днів були в Києві (Укрпошта навіть не підвела). Усе з виду бездоганне: надійне пакування, преміальне пакування з екоматеріалами, гарна комплектація. Щодо навушників - це розрив. Якісний звук по всіх частотах, особливо розкриваються після налаштувань в зручному додатку. Батарея гарна. Враховуючи, що тут є запас гучності 50% для мене (доволі гучні, глибокий-об’ємний звук), навушники жодного разу не розряджались після тривалих і активних сесій по 3-5 годин. Потрібно більше? За 5(!)хв додається ~30+% заряду. Йдуть з якісним пластиковим матовим кейсом, як він у когось тріскається - гадки не маю. Маркий глянець всередині кейсу - є, але це потрібно бути безробітним перфекціоністом, щоб перейматись цим. Загалом, за свою ціну зі знижками краще не знайти. Топові шумодав, мікро,прозорий режим,купа налаштувань під себе щодо звуку і сенсорних дотикань

Пришли за 10 дней на укр почту, упакованы в воздушную упаковку, все надёжно. Сами наушники хорошие, кейс довольно таки большой, и это нужно иметь ввиду + купить ему чехол тоже было бы не лишним По поводу звучания, то тут все на очень хорошо уровне. С помощью приложения можно настроить звучание для себя через эквалайзер, выбрать несколько готовый вариантов из предложенных, также есть возможность настроить звучание конкретно под себя. Касания работают отлично, ложных срабатываний не обнаружено наушники своих денег стоят однозначно, покупал за 53$

אוזניות בלוטות ברמה גבוה לא נופל מהאוזניות איירפודס של אפל, סאונד מטורף סוללה שמחזיקה מלא זמן הרבה מעבר לצפוי. אני ממליץ עליהם בחום. בנוסף יש אפליקציה שדרכה ניתן לשלוט על האוזניות.
