How do you send packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be sent by ePacket or EMS, depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped via USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we cannot ship to. If you are located in one of these countries, we will contact you.
What about customs clearance?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order has shipped containing your tracking information. If you do not receive tracking information within five days, please contact us.
My tracking says "no information available at this time".
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to be updated in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information about your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be shipped in a package?
For logistical reasons, items from the same purchase are sometimes sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be canceled until shipped. If your order has been paid for and you need to make a change or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours. Once the packing and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our number 1 priority. Therefore, you may request a refund or reshipment of ordered products if:
- If you did no receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item, you can request a refund or resend.
- If you do not like the product you received, you can request a refund, but you must return it at your expense and the item is unusable.
We do not issue a refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond the control of Marcas & Marketing (i.e., unauthorized by customs, delayed by a natural disaster) .

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed delivery time (45 days) expires. You can do this by sending a message on the Contate Us page
If you are approved for a refund, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for some reason you want to exchange your product, maybe for a different clothing size. You must get in touch first and we will walk you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we have given you permission.
O redutor de ruídos ativo é excelente. Só peca pela falta de ventilação, que aquece muito as orelhas. Os graves são ótimos.
Los audífonos cumplen con todo lo que promete. Excelente calidad de sonido, muy bueno el modo ANC y el modo transparente es ideal para estar más atento al entorno. Solo comentarios positivos para el producto. Lo malo, el tiempo de entrega no se cumplió. Tardó app un mes en llegar a pesar de ser "envío rápido" y sin muchas actualizaciones en el rastreo del producto.

Наушники сделаны добротно.Звук это вообще отдельная тема. Просто обалденный звук, если ещё и басов добавить (что наушники могут делать), любой жанр музыки на ура идёт. Заряда аккумуляторов хватило на 42 часа. Офигенно. Очень рекомендую и советую.
навушники чудові. трохи важкуваті як для мене, але це мої перші так що це можливо і нормальна вага. якщо слухати в форматі flac то можна під'єднатися через кабель mini jack (є в комплекті). магнітні конектори для заряджання працюють тільки ті що на фото, прості щось замикають і нема з'єднання по блютузу. прийщли за 9 днів. анкер молодці, рекомендую.
Наушники очень хорошо играют, приложение установилось без проблем, через приложение обновляются (ПО наушников). РЕКОМЕНДУЮ.

Хотел 30-е прикупить, но для меня - дорого. Уже три года эксплуатирую родственничка (+). Поэтому сравниваю с ним. Расколбас при тряске на "i", тоже есть, но значительно меньше (хотя в обоих ушах, а не в левом, как у "+"). Для этого нужно самому головой трясти - недостаточно случайно прикоснуться воротником куртки. Режим шумопонижения, тоже чуть лучше - ради него и брался (нет желания слушать матюги в автобусе). Режим прослушки, для меня странный, но в положительном смысле. Окружающие звуки становятся более акцентированными. Какая-то нереальная реальность :-). Вход зарядки должен быть понадежнее, чем на старичке "+"; отвык от долгой работы, хотя и плюс меня, более чем устраивает. С пластиком готовлюсь опять воевать. "+" у меня уже чинен-перечинен. И заклеивал отвалившийся, и левый пришлось на сквозную ось сажать (выломало посадку... хотя меня удивило, что после этого, он еще вращается), и амбушюры заменил, и облезшую губку переклеил.

Gostei muito do fone. O som é maravilhoso. Ótimos graves. Vale muito a pena. Gostei ainda mais pela entrega ser rápida, já que o produto estava no Brasil.
При включени шумоподавления сильно меняется звук. Бас гудит как в бочке.Прогрев и приложение не помогет.
чудові навушники, маю досить велику кількість продукції цього бренду і задоволений на 100%! рекомендую
все отлично, единственное что мне не понравилось это доставка через Нидерланды ( именно почта , а не хаб)- там таможня по 7 дней зависает, причем может и на 10 дней зависнуть, это какой-то бич их, все посылки идущие с треком L********NL зависают.. сами наушники стоят свои деньги и я не разочаровался огромное спасибо!

La calidad del sonido es buena, solo que el auricular izquierdo se oye muy bajito y el derecho se escucha más fuerte, probé diferentes dispositivos y diferentes canciones y pasa lo mismo. el producto viene muy bien protegido y llegó en excelentes condiciones.
