How do you send packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be sent by ePacket or EMS, depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped via USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we cannot ship to. If you are located in one of these countries, we will contact you.
What about customs clearance?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order has shipped containing your tracking information. If you do not receive tracking information within five days, please contact us.
My tracking says "no information available at this time".
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to be updated in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information about your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be shipped in a package?
For logistical reasons, items from the same purchase are sometimes sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be canceled until shipped. If your order has been paid for and you need to make a change or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours. Once the packing and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our number 1 priority. Therefore, you may request a refund or reshipment of ordered products if:
- If you did no receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item, you can request a refund or resend.
- If you do not like the product you received, you can request a refund, but you must return it at your expense and the item is unusable.
We do not issue a refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond the control of Marcas & Marketing (i.e., unauthorized by customs, delayed by a natural disaster) .

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed delivery time (45 days) expires. You can do this by sending a message on the Contate Us page
If you are approved for a refund, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for some reason you want to exchange your product, maybe for a different clothing size. You must get in touch first and we will walk you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we have given you permission.

Ordered lenses for the Quest 3S, and they match my prescription glasses perfectly. Putting my headset on and taking it off used to be such a pain, and these lenses made it a lot easier. Ordering was slightly confusing initially - you need to message them your prescription in the Message Center in My Account (make sure to mention which headset you're buying them for).

Die Gläser für meta quest 2 sind tip top. Habe verschiedene sehstärken li/re , einfach genial für diesen Preis. Hätte wo anders um vielfaches mehr bezahlt. Gläser sind genau wie beschrieben. Wenn die mir auch eine Brille für den Preis machen würden, das wäre genial. Da ich mit den Gläser besser sehe wie mit meiner nagelneuen Brille vom Deutschen Optiker
Rayos, realmente quedaron bien y la graduación es la adecuada, para mi que necesitaba lentes para jugar y estos eran de marco grande, estas lentes son muy buenas para jugar mucho más cómodamente, vienen con una microfibra, un estuche y la instalación es simple, el envío rápido 5 días.

La calidad es muy buena pero la fijación con imanes es muy débil y en uso a veces se sueltan. De todas formas recomiendo el producto.

Все супер! Есть только пару замечаний - магниты фиксируют слабо (или я чтото не понял)), но вроде отлететь не должны и видимо продавец слегка не попал в диоптрии, так как вижу через линзы хуже, чем через очки. Но в любом случае кайф надеть шлем без очков и почувствовать себя человеком без проблем со зрением. Однозначно рекомендую. Оправа для линз фиксируется хорошо и не мешает пользоваться шлемом другому человеку.
I have bought two pairs from this seller, one for my Quest 2 and one for my Quest 3. Both have had the prescription perfect. That said, I STRONGLY recommend you purchase the lenses WITH anti-glare as the ones I got for the quest did not have this and it is very noticeable… The process is very smooth, you order and write them on a message your prescription. They acknowledge and less than a week later I had my lenses! Also, they fit perfectly and have magnets in case you have several users for the same Quest device.

Sono PIENAMENTE soddisfatta dell'acquisto. Senza occhiali è un'altra storia. Non c'è più il problema che gli occhiali si sporchino posandosi sulla pelle e così dover togliere il visore per pulirli in continuazione. Le nuove lenti NON toccano quelle del Meta Quest, quindi quelle originali resteranno intatte. Prese con magneti su Meta Quest 3. Se sapevo, le avrei prese molto prima. Grazie venditore!
