How do you send packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be sent by ePacket or EMS, depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped via USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we cannot ship to. If you are located in one of these countries, we will contact you.
What about customs clearance?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order has shipped containing your tracking information. If you do not receive tracking information within five days, please contact us.
My tracking says "no information available at this time".
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to be updated in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information about your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be shipped in a package?
For logistical reasons, items from the same purchase are sometimes sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be canceled until shipped. If your order has been paid for and you need to make a change or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours. Once the packing and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our number 1 priority. Therefore, you may request a refund or reshipment of ordered products if:

Exchanges
If for some reason you want to exchange your product, maybe for a different clothing size. You must get in touch first and we will walk you through the steps.

The fountain works extremely well, almost no sound at all! which was a little disappointing because the cat loves the sound of water, and this one doesn't have any! 배송은 알리치곤 빠르게 왔어요. 6일 걸렸어요. 일단 이거 설치한뒤로 물먹는 양이 늘었어요. 물을 너무 적게 넣으면 졸졸졸 물흐르는 소리가 계속나요. 반이상 넣으면 소음이 거의 없는 정도로 조용합니다.

Однак варто з замовленням водопаду одразу брати набір фільтрів. В наборі не було блочка для живлення, тільки шнурочок на USB що кріпився до насоса на дні фонтану, до якого кріпиться трубку та сама верхня кришка фонтану. кришка ділиться на 2 платформи, в середньому між ними поставила фільтр. в наборі він один. Товар і продавця Рекомендую!
Fantastic product, exact description. Our kitties loved it and the youngest (2 months) even plays! It is really very quiet even with the water flow at most, I could put the fountain in my room that would not affect my sleep. Note: In my opinion should bring the plug/transformer.
