How do you send packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be sent by ePacket or EMS, depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped via USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we cannot ship to. If you are located in one of these countries, we will contact you.
What about customs clearance?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order has shipped containing your tracking information. If you do not receive tracking information within five days, please contact us.
My tracking says "no information available at this time".
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to be updated in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information about your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be shipped in a package?
For logistical reasons, items from the same purchase are sometimes sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be canceled until shipped. If your order has been paid for and you need to make a change or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours. Once the packing and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our number 1 priority. Therefore, you may request a refund or reshipment of ordered products if:
- If you did no receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item, you can request a refund or resend.
- If you do not like the product you received, you can request a refund, but you must return it at your expense and the item is unusable.
We do not issue a refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond the control of Marcas & Marketing (i.e., unauthorized by customs, delayed by a natural disaster) .

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed delivery time (45 days) expires. You can do this by sending a message on the Contate Us page
If you are approved for a refund, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for some reason you want to exchange your product, maybe for a different clothing size. You must get in touch first and we will walk you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we have given you permission.

Cheap little handheld. Very light for its size. I feel like there is a lot of empty space in there and can be slimmed down. Not sure why it was chosen to be larger than need be. Size is clunky and feels cheaper than others in the same price bracket. Screen contrast is meh. Black looks faded out. Honestly, not the best system at the price point. But, it runs some decent games and accepts custom roms. So, there you have it. Under $20 and makes a good gift for the kids.
Thanks to the store, the item fits the description perfectly. Packaging is well done. The item is shipped carefully. I recommend the seller. It is responsive, it answers all the question about the product and delivery, before my purchase and even the receipt of the product. I will add an additional review after testing the product.

Five stars to the store as I knew these are generic handhelds. There isnt much out there to do modifications and hoping one day someone delivers an OS update and some performance improvements. Does the basics and pretty cheap so great for a young child to use and not worry about damage since so cheap.

Very good product. Can put new games, the audio is clean and amazing, the image very sharp and with a good brightness. Unfortunately, it does not have the headphone jack, but other than that, the product is very good, I recommend it to everyone who wants a portable console with retro games.
At the top I hope it will last in the longteps it is to offer at Christmas, but I have tried Dab a lot of games already included
