How do you send packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be sent by ePacket or EMS, depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped via USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we cannot ship to. If you are located in one of these countries, we will contact you.
What about customs clearance?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order has shipped containing your tracking information. If you do not receive tracking information within five days, please contact us.
My tracking says "no information available at this time".
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to be updated in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information about your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be shipped in a package?
For logistical reasons, items from the same purchase are sometimes sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be canceled until shipped. If your order has been paid for and you need to make a change or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours. Once the packing and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our number 1 priority. Therefore, you may request a refund or reshipment of ordered products if:
- If you did no receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item, you can request a refund or resend.
- If you do not like the product you received, you can request a refund, but you must return it at your expense and the item is unusable.
We do not issue a refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond the control of Marcas & Marketing (i.e., unauthorized by customs, delayed by a natural disaster) .

If you are approved for a refund, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for some reason you want to exchange your product, maybe for a different clothing size. You must get in touch first and we will walk you through the steps.

É um ótimo tws, tem um som muito bom e o app é maravilhoso, só de ponto negativo é quando você coloca o fone pra carregar na case só acende um led branco e já se apaga, você não tem a mínima noção de quando o fone foi carregado pq a case não informa, isso achei ruim demais um péssimo ponto negativo.
Os fones tem uma qualidade de som muito boa, se você gosta de graves essa é uma ótima opção. O app ainda lhe dá várias opções de equalizadores pré-definidos, incluindo um modo jogo. A entrega foi realmente muito rápida, chegou bem antes da data prevista e bem embalado. Recomendo a compra com certeza.

Наушники за свою цену очень хороши в качестве воспроизведения музыки. Особенно если включить усиление низких частот в официальном приложении. О качестве работы микрофонов при разговоре - ничего сказать не могу, так как не разговариваю в них.
Realmente é muito bom! A bateria parece infinita. Fiz uma viagem de 14 horas, ida mais volta, e usei quase todos os dias da semana anterior sem ter carregado a case nesse meio tempo e ainda tem bateria. O som é muito bom pra música eletrônica, tem um grave um pouco elevado, mas pode ser corrigido pra diversos gostos no aplicativo da anker.

ANC(소음차단)기능은 없지만, 그냥 막 사용하기 딱 좋습니다. 지금까지 여러 종류의 블루투스이어폰을 알리에서 사서 테스트 해봤습니다. 목에 거는 넥밴드형은 1만원도 안되는 가성비는 좋은데 흐느적 거려서 목에서 좌우로 흘러내려 불편해서 안쓰게 됐구요, 귀 윗쪽으로해서 귀 뒷쪽으로 넘어가며 감기듯 고리식으로 된 것도 사봤는데 절대 안떨어질 것 같지만, 고리의 곡선 형태가 귀의 형태와 딱맞지 않다보니 계속 활동하다 보면 느슨하게 빠지는 경향이 있어서 이 역시 안쓰게 됐구요, 그 다음으로 국산제품인 가성비 좋고 음질도 좋고 배터리도 매우 오래가는 소음차단까지 되는 제품인 엠지텍제품을 칠만원대에 사서 잘 사용했는데, 문제는 블루투스 자체에도 배터리가 꽤 실하게 내장되어 있어서 무겁다 보니 활동하다보면 자꾸 무게중심이 블루투스 몸체에 있어서 귀에 쏙 끼워 놓아도 아주 서서히 빠져나가는 느낌이랄까요. 조금 아쉬웠어요. 그래서 에어팟과 비슷하게 생긴 이 제품 형태를 처음 사봤는데 햐아~ 저에겐 이런 형태가 제일 잘 맞나보네요. 아무리 움직여도 빠질 생각이 없고, 착용감이 좋네요. 이런 형태제품이 브랜드마다 다 있죠. 일단 이 제품의 사운드는 그냥 무난 수준입니다. 이만원대 중반 가격으론 아주 좋은 사운드입니다. 고가의 장비 음질은 아니지만 꽤 쓸만합니다. 그래서 막 사용하기 딱 좋네요. 음질이 좋은 걸 살려면 소음차단 되는 제품으로 구입하시면 사운드에 집중할 수 있어서 음질이 더 좋다고 느껴질 수 있어요. 가성비 좋고 무난한 음질, 착용감 좋은 제품이니 추천해 봅니다.
