How do you send packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be sent by ePacket or EMS, depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped via USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we cannot ship to. If you are located in one of these countries, we will contact you.
What about customs clearance?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order has shipped containing your tracking information. If you do not receive tracking information within five days, please contact us.
My tracking says "no information available at this time".
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to be updated in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information about your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be shipped in a package?
For logistical reasons, items from the same purchase are sometimes sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be canceled until shipped. If your order has been paid for and you need to make a change or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours. Once the packing and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our number 1 priority. Therefore, you may request a refund or reshipment of ordered products if:
- If you did no receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item, you can request a refund or resend.
- If you do not like the product you received, you can request a refund, but you must return it at your expense and the item is unusable.
We do not issue a refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond the control of Marcas & Marketing (i.e., unauthorized by customs, delayed by a natural disaster) .

If you are approved for a refund, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for some reason you want to exchange your product, maybe for a different clothing size. You must get in touch first and we will walk you through the steps.

Посылка в Украину дошла за две недели. Заказывал колонку на замену своей старой “Transmart T6”, которой пользуюсь уже более 6 лет. Получил колонку «Anker Soundcore Motion+». Спасибо прадовцу за надежную упаковку, коробка пришла целая и не помятая. Смотрел много видео обзоров и читал комментарии про эту колонку, все хвалили за громкий объёмный и чистый звук. Но к сожалению моя старая колонка работает громче, и бассы сильнее. А вот по чистоте звука новая колонка удивила. Дизайн колонки современный и стильный., Колонка приятно тяжёлая, пришла за ряженой на 80%. Эквалайзером пользовательским не игрался, а вот встроенными приметами побаловался. Хотелось бы громкости побольше, не знаю как для улицы, но для квартиры пойдет.
미니pc에 연결해서 사용하고자 구매 했습니다. 제품 무사히 잘도착했지만 오랜만에 배송에 2주 정도 걸린것 같네요. 아직 충전중이라 연결이나 소리는 확인하지 못했습니다. 하지만 다른 리뷰에서 소리가 좋다고 하니 기대 많이하고 있어요.

просто пушка за 5400 наших деревянных просто огонь, доставка курьерод до ворот, упакованно как будьто хрусталь отправил, играет на высоте , колонка тяжеленькая прияная на ощюпь добротно собрана, играет просто слов нет!!! долго хотел эту колонку сколько насмотрелся про нее и вот цена огонь и заказал! доволен как слон
Низов маловато для колонки такого размера. Но высокие и средние частоты прозрачные и качественные, и это перекрывает недостаток низких частот. Стереоэффект чувствуется. В общем колонкой доволен.

Упаковка отличная, отправка моментальная. Товар оригинальный. Ребята ну при всём моём уважении к Anker, ну не JBL это. Ну блин не вытягивает она низкие. Я любитель хеви метал, а она его не понимает. Да звук чистый, объёмный но она не универсальная. Даже моя старенькая go хоть и по ватам всего 4 но старается лучше.
доставка ЕМС обходится продавцу в 15$ . где-то 1500 р. отнимите это от стоимости покупки . а эти плохие люди с ЕМС сделают все чтобы доставка превратилась в ад .мне лично это стоило звонков в службу поддержки и поездку личный забор , иначе до 5 дней ещё ждать. теперь о колонке - отличная малютка в квартиру , на отдых , дачу . докупить чехол 450 р на наших мкп.

es la segunda bocina que compro y sigue siendo una bocina chulada y potente y esta vez la pedí en color rojo y se ve hasta fosforescente, quise hacer el modo de emparejamiento y se pudo, para eso como recomendación y quieres que suenen dos bocinas tienes que comprar dos porque sabes que vendrán con el mismo firmware y no tendrás problema, lo comento porque la primera vez que compré una bocina del mismo modelo fue hace más de tres años y es una gran diferencia por eso no pude emparejarlos, pregunté en soporte y fueron muy amables conmigo así que también agradezco su atenta respuesta de la marca y es mi marca favorita definitivamente, a quien lea esto yo os animo a que adquieras la tuya si es que quieres y te gusta una buena calidad en un espacio cerrado como tu habitación, ya que el sonido y por el codex aptx disfrutarás de un buen sonido para tu oído audiófilo, la funda si es que sabes que lo vas a andar moviendo si te recomiendo que lo compres para que una vez llegando se lo pongas
