How do you send packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be sent by ePacket or EMS, depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped via USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we cannot ship to. If you are located in one of these countries, we will contact you.
What about customs clearance?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order has shipped containing your tracking information. If you do not receive tracking information within five days, please contact us.
My tracking says "no information available at this time".
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to be updated in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information about your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be shipped in a package?
For logistical reasons, items from the same purchase are sometimes sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be canceled until shipped. If your order has been paid for and you need to make a change or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours. Once the packing and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our number 1 priority. Therefore, you may request a refund or reshipment of ordered products if:
- If you did no receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item, you can request a refund or resend.
- If you do not like the product you received, you can request a refund, but you must return it at your expense and the item is unusable.
We do not issue a refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond the control of Marcas & Marketing (i.e., unauthorized by customs, delayed by a natural disaster) .

If you are approved for a refund, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for some reason you want to exchange your product, maybe for a different clothing size. You must get in touch first and we will walk you through the steps.

La bocina llegó bien protegida en excelentes condiciones y nueva, no pude anexar fotos porque aunque si están en mi galería por alguna razón no me aparecen por medio de la aplicación de Aliexpress, pero honestamente la recomiendo muchísimo su sonido es buenísimo y bien equilibrado, de hecho la bocina tiene un botón para activar el bajeo. Por el precio vale muchísimo la pena ❤️
Сперва хотел поставить три, но спустя две недели я их победил: сменив эквалайзер на телефоне и настроив на колонках, динамики выдали что-то хорошее. Но баса мне не хватило. Прикупил два w king x20 для баса. Всё зависит от качества записи, нет качества - то и колонка его не даст. В моём случаи шипений и глюков на двух колонках не было. Аккамуляторы по 5Аh. Детальность СЧ и ВЧ, можно отчетливо услышать на 35-40ка% громкости. Так же на хорошее восприятие звука, нужно поиграться расположением колонок по высоте расположения к ушам. Но долби сураунда я не услышал. Подойдёт для просмотра фильма (хорошо звучат), на улице теряется, музыку тоже хорошо воспроизводит (ну если не требуется экшен забористый). Итого: вполне сносные колонки. Главное сразу настроить эквалайзер на телефоне в настройках («все программы»-«музыка»-«эквалайзер»), по умолчанию он выключен и тогда будет вам счастье. К покупке могу рекомендовать. Кодек aptX HD. Упаковка зверь.
Обзоров и мнений о ней и так достаточно. Но хочу сказать, что относительно motion 300 эта колонка точно лучше. Да, в motion 300 новее Bluetooth, приятнее материалы, внешний вид, есть прикольная функция переключения пресетов в зависимости от положения колонки, но motion 300 звучит как из бочки и слабо реагирует на эквалайзер. Эта же колонка реально хорошо звучит. По звучанию на нее похожа xsound plus 2, но та не выдает заявленные 30 ватт чисто по ощущениям. Если сравнивать с charge 6, то у motion plus всё равно приятнее звучание - оно полноценное. Да, в JBL прикольно звучит панч, но вч по умолчанию слишком резкие, а середине очень тусклая, да и моно колонка - это больно.
Звучание отличное, если нужны, компактность и качество, лучше вы не найдёте, проверено! Продавец супер, упаковали отлично, огромное спасибо!!! Беру вторую, и не жалею! Синий цвет достаточно тёмный, и приятный, не такой маркий как чёрный.
Доставили раньше срока. Очень быстро. Первое не впечатлило, но при установке приложения и настройке эквалайзера, звук заиграл яркими красками. Отличная вещь

Була раніше колонка саундкор 2. Вирішила купити потужнішу (аж дві одразу) і не пожалкувала. Вони суперові. Мої найкращі рекомендації.
ощущается массивным, надёжным.звук для такого класса колонки - огонь. а вот аккумулятор при таком весе мог быть и помощнее (на день прослушивания не хватает заряда)
колонка понравилась. не понятно, как определить кодек, полключаю к iOS. удивила доставка, заказывал в ПВЗ, продавец отправил через Почту России курьером прям в руки, на шестой день получил в московском регионе.

Excelente producto y vendedor. El motion+ me sorprende cada día más. Los agudos y medios suenan clarísimos. Las voces están completamente presentes y adelantadas. Los bajos son muy buenos para el tamaño del parlante. La separación estereofónica es un punto a favor. Importante, la conexión por bluetooth utiliza el codec aptx HD. El sonido es espectacular. Conectado vía cable a mi pequeño DAP Fiio M6 suena aún mejor!!! Para sacarle el jugo a este parlante se debe utilizar la ecualización personal. Yo uso la recomendada por Alan Ross (buscar en youtube). Al utilizar la conexión por cable conserva la ecualización personal. Acepta dos dispositivos conectados al parlante (yo probé con el Fiio M6 y mi teléfono personal Xiaomi 12). No sé si se puede conectar a un tercer o más dispositivos. Yo lo uso para viajes y la batería me dura una eternidad (a un volumen de un 20 a 25%). Recomiendo 100% este pequeño GRAN parlante!!!!

Excelente bocina, audio potente y de calidad. Increíble potencia y claridad, el ecualizador es un plus para dejar el sonido a tu gusto. La batería me dura aproximadamente las doce horas a volumen medio, me hubiera gustado que aguantará el doble de tiempo como el Bogasing M5. Compralo no te arrepentirás. Llegó a los quince días. Recomiendo al vendedor y al producto.
Отримав доволі швидко. Добре запаковане. Доставка Укрпоштою за 10 днів. Сподобалось і вигляд і звучання. Трохи треба попрацювати еквалайзером. Коли дивлюсь ТВ с колонкою почав чути багато нових звуків. Але ж ТВ вже не новий)) За меньш ніж 60 долл. це чудова колонка.
