How do you send packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be sent by ePacket or EMS, depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped via USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we cannot ship to. If you are located in one of these countries, we will contact you.
What about customs clearance?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order has shipped containing your tracking information. If you do not receive tracking information within five days, please contact us.
My tracking says "no information available at this time".
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to be updated in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information about your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be shipped in a package?
For logistical reasons, items from the same purchase are sometimes sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be canceled until shipped. If your order has been paid for and you need to make a change or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours. Once the packing and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our number 1 priority. Therefore, you may request a refund or reshipment of ordered products if:
- If you did no receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item, you can request a refund or resend.
- If you do not like the product you received, you can request a refund, but you must return it at your expense and the item is unusable.
We do not issue a refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond the control of Marcas & Marketing (i.e., unauthorized by customs, delayed by a natural disaster) .

If you are approved for a refund, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for some reason you want to exchange your product, maybe for a different clothing size. You must get in touch first and we will walk you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we have given you permission.

Колонка превзошла все мои ожидания. Небольшая по размеру, но с очень приятным, плотным, басовитым звуком. Она не для того, что бы врубить рок и ожидать ударов в грудь от басов, нет, этого не будет, но она и не для этого. Но любую комнату в квартире, например, она заполняет чистым, ровным, плотным, насыщенным и повторюсь, басовитым звуком, неожиданным для такого размера колоночки. Посылка пришла достаточно быстро. Упаковано вполне себе, для сохранности изделия. Не обоащайте внимание на негативные отзывы, у этих людей просто завышенные ожидания. Есть колонки стоимостью 120 тыс и выше, вот они качнут как им надо.

увесистая колонка. думал играть должна сильнее. но она у меня первая и до этого не было ни какой, поэтому думаю все норм. почему-то на сайте не бьётся серийный номер. у знакомого тоже кстати нет, поэтому опять не знаю, хорошо это или плохо.
Отличная колонка, поёт здорово, тяжёленькая. Упаковка огонь, привезли почтой EMS, не каждый телефон так отправляют. Отличный продавец, магазин рекомендую.
О товаре и говорить нечего, столько всего о нём сказано. Доставка просто супер. Даже не очень крепкая упаковка коробка от колонки не пострадала совсем. Очень надёжно, в пупырку и уже завёрнутую в пупырку коробку затолкали ещё и в матрац, причём не просто аккуратно, а даже красиво получилось. Продавец прямо заморачивается

Данной колонкой полностью доволен, покупал на распродаже плюс купон от продавца. Итого 3900 вышло. По звуку, всё субъективно. Тяжёлая, с собой особо не потаскаешь, да и заряд тратит быстро. Ну не прям вот за полчаса, на пару часов хватит.

Колонка-супер. Звук офигенный. Из недостатков могу отметить только софт-тач поверхность корпуса. Учитывая, что она влагозащищенная и её подразумевается использовать в условиях похода, например, такое покрытие быстро протрëтся. В целом сама колонка довольно тяжелая, для похода я бы выбрал что-то полегче. Для дома - идеально.
кто говорит что звук у нее крутой - тот видимо ничего не понимает в звуке. начитался , заказал, пришла достаточно быстро , качество сборки , материала - отличное, добротная , тяжёлая , как будто у нее буфер мощный , но это совсем не так. громкость совсем не на 30 ват. у меня JBL flip 4 как будто по громкости на том же уровне играет, а там всего 16 ватт. расстроился очень сильно за громкость и качество звука. сама калинка добротная и красивая. фото добавлю чуть позже
